Think of our community room for your next event

You may reserve our Community Room for any private event you may be planning. The room is available in one-hour blocks, with a one-hour minimum reservation. 

The Greentown FD Community Room is available for reservations every day, from Sunday to Saturday. The calendar below displays the dates/times that are either booked or pending. Use our online booking form to inquire about your desired date. Please note that each event necessitates an hour of buffer time both before and after for preparations and cleanup.

Payment

To reserve the room, please pay the full amount using a credit or debit card. The cost is $50.00 per hour.
Please include setup time, event duration, and cleanup time. For instance, if your event lasts one hour and you require an additional hour both before and after for setup and cleanup, you would need to book for 3 hours in total.
